Collaboration with OceansX: Creating a better future together

Over the past 3 months, the Inner Work-Out has been collaborating with OceansX to promote a more holistic and connected society overall. OceansX is an organisation with the ambition to unleash the full human potential by creating a society in which we are all more connected, feeling trusting and safe, and having the freedom to act with full ownership. The mission of OceansX is to create a better world and they do that in different ways. OceansX has some projects that are aiming to reduce ships’ CO2 emissions. Other projects concern teams in different organisations, supporting them in taking ownership, creating a change in their immediate environment, and providing them with the tools and knowledge to become real change agents. 

OceansX would like to create a society in which we are all explorers; exploring our paths, exploring better ways to connect, and exploring how to create a better future for all of us. It is a perfect fit for what we are practicing at the Inner Work-Out. Therefore, we are building now a long-term collaboration. We are hosting Inner Work-Outs with the team of OceansX. Each person in the OceansX team practices firsthand what it means to be an explorer, what it means to ask questions about our personal development, and support each other to create a better future. We will also use the tools of the Inner Work-Out to build a broader comunity of explorers that can support each other, and together find innovative solutions to their challenges. Soon we will also start a longer process with the core team of OceansX, focusing on building trust and connection within the team using the tool of the Inner Work-Out. OceansX supports the Inner Work-Out financially, which allows us even more freedom in building the Inner Work-Out further, such as creating an online environment to practice the Inner Work-Out. This way OceansX and the Inner Work-Out support each other in unleashing their full potential.
