My Background

I was born and raised in Israel, where I served in the army as a special force team leader for five years. In that context, I was able to experience the synchronicity and connection of an organic team combined with the pain and ultimate disconnection of conflict. The tension between these two experiences has set me on a mission to create deep human connections and bridge differences between individuals.

A few years later, I spend a year at the learning and development department of Triodos Bank. During this time I facilitated peer coaching sessions with my colleagues and experienced first-hand its profound impact. While hosting these sessions, I felt that the higher self of each individual became visible and that I could also touch the soul of the organisation as a whole. That blew my mind and opened up my heart.

This is how the idea of The Inner Work-Out came to life.

My Vision

We are living in times of disruption. After hundreds of years of becoming more individualistic and disconnecting from the collective, we are at a tipping point. From our strong and unique individuality, it is time to build new ways to connect with others around us, unleashing our full potential and building prospering team organisations and communities.

Learning this skill is a crucial next step to our survival and development as a human society.

My Goal

I want to create a world in which we can be fully present, true to ourselves, and connected to others.

We spend over 90.000 hours working in our lifetime, that’s a third of our life. That is why I want to work with organizations to create humane, trusting, and resilient cultures that enable authentic connections, leadership development, and organizational transformation from within.

Together we can do so much.”
